Job Description

To achieve the Revenue targets and Profitability for the Liability and Credit business in the Western regionTo formulate and drive implementation of Regional strategies for sales, channel & brand management of theLiability and Credit business To direct and focusregional branches and FAT teams to focussed industries for specific product lines. To undertake joint client meetings with the Sales team regularly to understand client specific requirements, perform risk assessment ofclients cover and advise on coverage needs, maketechnical coverage presentations to clients to effectively translate a prospect to a client To perform a thorough risk and gap analysis of existing policies for new potential liability proposals and propose recommended covers, negotiate with insurers to get the best terms for the same To liaise for submission of the Quote requests to the variousInsurersandanalyzethequotesreceivedfortheInsurance requirements including terms & conditions andpricing To formalize the placement of Client deals postcompetitive negotiations on client s behalf, ensure issueof Policy documents, confirm cover as per agreed specsand review the Policy summary To ensure dissemination of Liability product opportunities to the Regional salesteams & clients through reports, electronic modes,periodic branch visits and clientsseminarsTo ensure High Retention and Renewal ratio of the Existing clientele via effective Business development and EngagementTo expand the usage of Insurance portfolio reviews andRisk assessment for the Top clients and provide business ideas and Portfolio Rebalancing advice based onanalytics, market trends and themes To facilitate regular customer meets, conferences, training etc to showcase new product opportunities to clients To facilitate andenhance the communications link between the Insurance companies, Liability team, Sales force through regular and one-off conference calls, training sessions, branchvisits, etc To maintain regular connect with clients toensure confidence and to enhance/improvisecoverageterms to ensure client satisfaction and renewal retentionTo sell new and varied policies in Liability and Credit Insurance to enhance the product mix in the Western regionTo strategize promotion of the features of new Liability and Credit products to diversify the product base to suitvarious client needs To assign targets & ensure completion based on product mix to the Vertical teamsand sales teams and ensure their regular trainings, business development initiatives, etc. to promote multiproduct focus To identify competitive trends prevalent inthe market and share feedback with Clients, Sales teamsand senior management for enhanced valueaddition.To liaise the Regional Claims management process for the Liability product claims and ensure Robust Compliance managementTo stay abreast of all Large claims lodged and liaise withInsurance company representatives/assessors and clientsfor their satisfactory settlement To work closely with theOperations teams for processing of Liability and Creditclient claims and ensure effective TATs To ensure utmost adherence to the Compliance norms, client KYCnorms, documentation language and Binder noteaccuracy To monitor and guide the preparation of quotespecifications, documentary requirements andunderwriting submissions To monitor and guide strictquality control checks on policy documents from insurers to correctly reflect coverage as per agreed terms,therebyminimizing errors and consequent liability on ABIBLTo present periodic MIS dashboards to the Senior management team for the Regional performanceTo send periodic reports to Senior Management team for regional sales volumes, new clients, new business & changes/improvement in business plans.To ensure skill enhancement and team development of resourcesTo develop a dedicated team with specialized skill-sets mapped to customer segments and Product requirements and provide adequate development trainings to them
