  • Pre sales experience ofone or more of the Field Service Management toolsforatleast 5+ years
  • Worked on atleast 3ImplementationProjects
  • Knowledgeon any 3FSMproducts i.e. ClickSoftware, IFS,ServiceMax, KRONOS, Verint, Infor,OverIT, Field One, ServicePower,CoreSystems,Salesforce FieldService, Asset 360, Maximo Scheduler,Ventyx (Service Suite), Ellipse FSM, Oracle Field Service Cloud, MS Dynamics FSM, SAPSyclo, SAP Agentry, SAPWork Manager,
Additional skills:
  • Should have in depth knowledge of the Field Force Management/WorkforceManagement domain along with Experience working with any cloud solution.
  • High-level knowledgewith the configuration of any FSM/WFM cloud products.
  • Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion.
  • Should have worked in large sizeFSM RFP response ( > $ 1M ) Can independently present RFP response and do estimation independently
  • Good to have developed solutions forFSM and published white papers
  • Good to have advance understanding ofFieldService Management, GISand Enterprise Asset Management implementations using ITILv3 frameworks.
  • Should have done presentationto CXOlevel.
  • Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry verticals.
  • Maintain credibility through best practices knowledge in Sales Enablement space.
  • Qualifyopportunities andhelp to close sales opportunities with end to end ownership.
  • Conduct sales activities by driving regional revenue.
  • Can manage Customervisits discussions
  • Close accounts determined by sales and technical management.
  • Assist regional business development activities.
  • Run FSM productdemos independently
  • Knowledge ofDashboarding and productivity information analysis.
  • Experience on mobile applications.
  • Can independently interact with Business stakeholders to define the User requirements and map the requirements to the Product suite.
  • Should have excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong track record of thriving in challenging roles and can excel in highly pressurized environments.
  • Work with the Solutions Architect and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution and prepare Technical Design and Integration design documents.
  • Understand fine-tuning the application functionality and service optimization algorithms to meet customers business objectives.
  • AI, Automation, IOT and AR/VR is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Requirement Gathering and Solutioning
  • Certification in WFM/ FSMwill be an added advantage.
