A Principal Business Analyst is leading colleagues, clients or partners and acting as a recognized business experts in their domain with good awareness of multiple others. Able to collect requirements, create complex Functional Specification documents and produce white papers. They are able to act as the point of escalation for multiple assignments and where required understand and deal with high priority client Issues. Where applicable the individual may need to challenge the information presented to them and present resolution plans. They will display good awareness of industry and market trends and behaviours and make a strong Leadership contribution to their project, team or department.
