    Job description
    1. Research on topical tax issues
    2. Preparation of well researched Position Papers / Technical Guidance on contentious tax issues
    3. Responding to queries sent by client teams (pan-India) and communicating a firm position on the issues raised
    4. Developing tax ideas / solutions which can be taken to the market
    5. Reviewing the technical correctness and workability of tax ideas sent by the client teams
    6. Preparation of publications / thought leadership materials / flyers on industry-specific or general but important tax issues
    7. Rolling out an internal monthly bulletin to the client teams summarizing the key queries handled by the KnS team and other important updates
    8. Spearheading the technical learning and development initiatives of the firm [including conducting monthly trainings (KnS as well as by client teams)]
    9. Keeping abreast of the latest tax developments (on domestic and international tax front) and disseminating key information / takeaways within the firm
    10. Responsible for keeping the Knowledge Management portal up-to-date
    11. Preparation of case for opinion and discussion with external tax counsels on a need basis (especially for important tax matters)
    12. Mentoring the team members and providing constructive feedback to them periodically and providing all necessary guidance on various assignments
