Creating and Designing the UAT Test Plan in line with the business requirements and principle stakeholdersDelivering and executing the UAT Test Plan and associated testingCo-ordinate the execution of UAT testing and test strategy described above liaising with business stakeholders and project sponsorsTake responsibility for the production and approval of testing deliverables and achievement of testing milestones during acceptance testingLiaise and co-ordinate with all internal departments including the IT & BusinessMaintain awareness of testing alternatives at a level where they can be analyzed and the most effective testing strategy utilizedEnsure that any risks associated with testing are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleaguesManage all risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action when any risks become unacceptablePlan, arrange and control meetings, workshops and relations with client/user staff during test planning and throughout subsequent development and testing activitiesTake responsibility for the proper conduct of such relationshipsQualificationsMinimum qualificationsBE/B Tech/ MCA/BCAExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications/ skillsDomain knowledge of Front to Back Investment Banking key systems, flows & productsExperience in delivering critical projects and managing senior stakeholders at BankShould have managed Testing and Go live implementation of mission critical projectsStrong hand on Excel, presentations & computing skillsExperience on working with Business, Change and Architecture teamsExcellent communication skills- Written & VerbalDesirable to have worked at onsite location of leading Investment Banks,
