Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage all Tracking, Deliveries and Reporting of Campaigns
  • Manage Communication Between the Agency and Media Partners
  • Campaign Follow-up with Media Partners
  • Scheduling Various Media Campaigns (print, Tv, Radio)
  • Manage Day-to-day Billing Includes:
  • Collection of Vendor Invoices
  • Monthly Billing
  • Inputting Media Plans Into Billing Systems
  • Monthly Budget Actualizations
  • Client Authorizations and Vendor Insertion Orders
  • Review Billing Rates and Fees in the Billing System
  • Assist, as Needed, to Complete Monthly Closing Process for Billing Including the Finalizing of Billing with all Vendors, Gathering all Invoices and Assisting Accounts Team
  • Proactively Seek Out Opportunities to Enhance Client and Product Knowledge as It Relates to Accounting Billing Processes
  • Maintaining Mis Database
  • Hands On Knowledge of Mediaware Software.
