Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for all product ideas and strategies in order to create new developments
Execute buying strategies to understand the current emerging trends in market
Create a line of private label fashion jewelry with established jewelry vendors
Work closely with all existing vendors , discover new brands & new onboard/tie-ups
Attending the market , exhibitions , fairs to understand the current trends
checking the samples for quality dimensions as required
Work with team of graphic designers and photographers to determine how product is photographed and presented to ensure sales of both catalog and digital
Research & Evaluate top sellers/vendors for effective buying
Help to support the Product development process across fashion , jewelry for export market
Coordinate samples in & as needed for meetings , Photo-shoots etc.
Consistent follow-ups/coordination with the vendors to ensure timely delivery
Help and work closely with the in - house creative team to create product and packing specs
Pull monthly Target on sourcing timelines and closely track the development process for the samples.
Required Skills/Experience:
More than 4 years of experience & knowledge in Ethnic Jewelry
Should have great Buying & negotiation skills
Good understanding of designs
Relevant experience as ethnic jewelry buyer
