Process Manager - Digital Analytics - Implementation - Mumbai locationShift Timings - EMEA SHIFT (1 P.M to 10 P.M.) | Management Level - Analyst | Travel Requirements - 10-15%Specialism - e.g. Adobe Analytics Reporting, Advance Excel, Adobe Launch- The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. - He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. - Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.MUST HAVE : - Digital Analytics Reporting experience with Adobe Analytics experience- Intermediate to advanced JavaScript skills, sql- Experience with HTML and CSS selectors (preferably JQuery)- Experience defining analytics tracking requirements, and guiding developers through implementation of those requirements- 3-5 yrs of expertise in Marketing Tag implementation using DTM/Launch or similar tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Google Tag Manager Etc.- Understanding or experience implementing 3rd party tags like google, facebook. Linkedin, outbrain etc- on the website / app- Familiar with App Measurement upgradation technology- Experience defining and configuring tracking rules within the tool- Strong analytical, quantitative and problem solving skills- Perform metrics implementation tests and ensure that global standards are being utilized- Understanding of TMS architecture & functioning- Create Test Cases for tagging Implementation and performing tests/tag audit in UAT/PROD- Providing Post Implementation support to business users- Writing Technical specifications for new or existing Implementations-Person with technical understanding who can translate the marketing requirements to actual technical requirements for tag manager or product teams- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to talk to and maintain relationships with various stakeholders- Ability to learn & understand the different tools provided by various application teams to test or investigate any issue at least at high level- Project Management skills - So that the person can plan and work with various team to get necessary info before they go live with their campaigns- Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple internal and external stakeholders- Ability to effectively manage multiple work assignments while being able to shift prioritiesGOOD TO HAVE : - Mobile app tagging and tracking experience with Adobe Analytics- Strong service orientation, with a proven track record of working with multiple intern Mobile app tagging and tracking experience with App Measurement Solution like Kochava, Appsflyer, adjust etc- - Domain knowledge of various industries such as Banking, Retail, ecommerce etc.- Understanding or knowledge on Data regulations & consent based marketing like GDPR, CCPA - Design and develop reports by using tableau/Power BI or Excel dashboards as per business requirements- Collect, organize and analyze large data sets and use BI methodologies to transform them into meaningful dashboards for the clientMinimum Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Engineering or computer science- Any Specialized training, certification.Preferred Qualifications : - Expert in tagging- Engineering graduate preferably B.Techs or M.Techs About the Company :It provides critical business operations services to over fifty global Fortune 500 clients, including some of the worlds leading companies across financial services, cable & telecom, retail, fashion, media & entertainment, manufacturing, travel & leisure, software, and high-tech.
