Job Description

Hi All,Looking for a vendor negotiation and management skills with end to end procurement domain.JOB SUMMARYThe VDC Associate will be primarily responsible for managing the fulfillment of orders that are being fulfilled directly from vendor. The qualified candidate must be detail-oriented, maintain high level of accuracy, have high quality standards and be comfortable communicating with vendors and customers. This individual must be dependable and an effective communicator (verbal and written). This person must be able to multi-task, have outstanding time-management skills and be able to perform in a high volume/high pressure environment. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily communications (email and/or phone) with vendors and stores explaining the requirements of fulfillment and requesting information with urgency.
  • Daily review of list/reports that indicate the state of the business and follow-up wherever necessary based on key performance metrics.
  • Contacting vendors for updates on order processing or to assist with resolving service issues.
  • Communicating shipping delays to customers to keep them updated with most accurate information.
  • Manage heavy email workload with emphasis on accuracy and speed.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Handle email requests sent from customers, vendors, and call centers and respond appropriately within the required time frame.
  • Ensure vendors are processing customer orders within the expected time frame and working with the carriers to ensure the merchandise is shipped without damage.
  • Manage orders on the vendors workbench by ensuring that orders are processing and assist vendors with any issues encountered when shipping orders.
CRITICAL SKILLS
  • 1-3 years experience in retail or related field/experience.
  • Customer Service Centric approach.
  • Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through.
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Experienced in order processing, order fulfillment and/or Customer Service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft office products and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Work at a fast pace with heavy volumes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Possess problem solving and analytical skills.
Note:Shift Timings- 5.30 PM to 3.00 AMMax ctc-25000 ,
