Job Description

Designation: International Procurement Executive- Chemicals.(Global Suppliers/ Sources Development Executive) International Chemical Indenting Sourcing & Procurement.Job Type: To find, evaluate, develop International chemicals manufacturers/ suppliers.Primary Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Procurement Development for Marketing
  • Sourcing/ procurement of various Chemicals and solvents from geographical boundaries as per company requirement.
  • Continuously trying to generate sourcing leads from different solvents it may be natural or byproducts, chemicals and solvent from existing and new suppliers.
  • Ask and arrange quotations, specification, samples etc. From new suppliers development.
  • Procurements & negotiation with vendors for domestic and international trade data, pricing reports, market research reports, BD reports, balance sheet & other necessary services, tools for require analysis.
  • Routine analysis of monthly trade data for companies existing products, prospecting products, competitors trade and new clients trade reports.
  • New/ update on closure of major global manufacturer, pricing trade, schedule Clients update from market research.
  • Research over target customer for company products and making global chemical database for international sourcing & marketing.
  • Collect data and consolidate information into actionable item market intelligence reports presentation.
  • Involved in cross functional team for new product development.
  • Supporting colleagues in work and in the absence of them handling their work. Any other work related to office and compliance.
  • Keeps Management Informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly report.
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as procurement/ sourcing executive in relevant product for international market.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as in reading the market.
  • Talent in negotiations and networking.
  • Good knowledge of worldwide supplier and management.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
  • Experience in collecting and analyzing data
  • Strong leadership capabilities
Eligibility
  • Candidate must be fluent in English & with strong communication skills.
  • Good email drafting skills & independent self-correspondence in English with Corporate Customer.
  • one year of experience in Sourcing And Procurement Development for Marketing (B2B experienced )
