Interaction with UK procurement coordinators, Business and Function Managers and Suppliers in relation to Know Your Supplier, Supplier Risk Assessment and other controls in the region. Supporting the CIB UK buying activity in the performance of CIB UK Know Your Supplier and vendor Operational Risk Assessments Process the relationship on boarding requests along with ensuring intrinsic risk filter completed by business requestor Utilize Helios utility or supplier data sourced directly for necessary inputs. Perform necessary screenings on sanctions (Vigilance) and PEPs (Factiva or Vigilance) For medium / high risk cases perform analysis on Beneficial Owners per UK ABC Compliance standard Complete the necessary scoring grids (Procurement Vendor Risk Assessment grid, and also UK Financial Security ABC/Anti-tax evasion score grid. Maintain and manage the inventoryContributing Responsibilities Help maintain the Supplier Risk Management documentation and dashboard Prepare relevant data analysis and reporting Help in the implementation, enhancement and monitoring of systems supporting the Procurement and Supplier Risk Management process,
