Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forProcurement Executive (Pipes)Roles and ResponsibilitiesSend out RFQs and follow up with vendor for completion.Receiving the price quotations. (competitive quotes)Purchasing of products like Pipes, Tubes, Flanges, Fittings etc.Review and understand technical specifications.Track orders and ensure timely delivery.Keep accurate records to justify the process and any other related decisions made in this regard.Maintain vendor maintenance file - set up all new vendors for all locations including Corporate.Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.Desired Candidate ProfileDiploma in mechanical engineering or related discipline.Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase.Experience of dealing with Steel suppliersKnowledge of ASME, ASTM standards will be added advantageProficiency with office software, specifically Microsoft Excel or similar programs.Regards,HR Team
