Role within the organisation: The position is responsible for Account Management for Sell.Do accounts. This role involves understanding of Martech products and interactions with top level marketing executives. Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships with executive level decision - makers and strive to become a trusted advisor and a partner at your named accounts. Build value - based relationships with customers ensuring alignment with key goals at all levels of the organization. Ensure renewal and expansion opportunities are identified and closed successfully. Develop a strategic plan to source and develop business opportunities at your assigned named accounts. Generate specific opportunities at each enterprise account in response to customer requirements and unaddressed pain points. Interact with product service team to ensure superior service to the account Create monthly reports on product usage and develop insights on effective usage of the product that optimizes the value of the product. Articulate Sell.Do s value proposition clearly and effectively. Understand competitive landscape Desired Skills & Experience: Candidates with 3 years of work experience Should have preferably been involved in Account Management for a tech product Candidates with tech background are preferred.,
