Job Description

We are looking for a Product Designer for one of our esteemed Clients for Mumbai & Bangalore , India Location.

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Own the entire product design , UI/UX of new features and/or new products and take full responsibility for coordinating with various stakeholders until go live.
  • Generate new and innovative feature ideas , enhancements to an existing product and collate requests from both internal and external requestors. Expert ability to work in wireframe generation and prototype tools.
  • Create wireframes , interactions , prototypes , and documentation that clearly convey ideas
  • Create innovative user experience design including usability and interaction design flow for features
  • Create functional and UI specifications/design documents , business cases , user experience flow and wireframes , conduct reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications/design during the product/feature development and implementation phases.
  • Successfully designed UI/UX features that were implemented into shipped products.
  • Interface with all relevant stakeholders to drive timely , seamless and successful rollouts/launches.
  • Ability to incorporate business needs into feature design.
  • Define , track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings.
  • Be the first point of escalation for any design , UX related problems/queries.
  • Proven solid , up- to- date understanding of best practices , developments , and trends in the mobile & web.
  • Demonstrated experience of leading complex projects independently under stretched timelines.

Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Have a passion for design and art in general.
  • At least 3 years of experience in UX design for products in mobile.
  • Experience in designing products for Android and iOS is a must.
  • Strong analytical , organizational and creative skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in user experience design including usability and interaction design.
  • The ability to work in a fast- paced cross- functional team environment is a must.
  • A very hands- on and keen eye for detail , with the ability to present business and technical issues , ideas , and recommendations clearly in verbal , written and presentation formats.
  • Positive , proactive attitude with a will to deliver quickly , adhering to tight deadlines and excellent analytical skills to analyze and fix problems quickly.
