Function Overview:Investment Information Services (IIS) forms part of the Global Funds Services group. Our miss ion is to support our clients - investment process by providing market leading services across the investment risk, return, analytics and post-trade investment compliance spectrum via an integrated data and information delivery strategy.Primary responsibilities for this role include:Investment Guidelines Rule Coding:Interpreting guidelines and build logic based rules for automated compliance testing and monitoringCoding and monitoring investment guidelines into the compliance system to ensure investment compliancePreparing for account on-boarding by requesting set up of accounts in various systemsReviewing new and existing rules to ensure compliance with account mandatesConsult and partner with the multi-functional groups in the implementation of projects that promote the consistent application of investment-specific data across the enterprisePartner with various teams to improve data availability and overall quality of underlying dataWorking on projects with strict deadlines, including the migration of accounts from one compliance system to anotherCompetencies - Skills and qualities neededOrganized and efficient with ability to work within small teams or as an individual contributor, within reporting deadlines.Strong organization, time management, communication and multi-tasking skillsAbility to identify inefficiencies in a process and drive changeExcellent oral and written communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAcademic Background -- Advanced accounting, finance, investment products and compliance- MBA, CA, CS, CPA, FRMIndustry Knowledge - Required- Industry experience: Investment compliance / performance measurement / risk management- Good knowledge of VBA scripting including connectivity to Bloomberg/market data platforms- Experience with guideline coding in compliance systems e.g. Charles River, Sentinel, Aladdin- Experience managing databases and analyzing large data setsProduct Knowledge - Required -- Investment compliance- Regulatory fund compliance (UCITS / SEC 1940 Act / IRS)- Derivative exposure reporting- Equity and fixed income analytics- Knowledge of pension fund, fund manager, insurance and hedge fund clients,
