Job Description

  • Conduct and use strategic market analysis to precipitate and improve strategic decisions about products. Responsible for launching and managing brands in any of the identified therapeutic segments
  • New product evaluation incardio-diabetessegment
  • Identify and monitor customer requirements and satisfaction. Probe for underlying themes and product implications from this data and market survey.
  • Formulation and execution of marketing strategy
  • Furnish new communication strategies for customers: doctors, consumers
  • Cross-functional interaction with Finance, Supply chain and Marketing for achieving brand objectives.
  • Development of Promotional Inputs like Visual Aid, Literature, Product Manuals, etc.
  • Training to field staff on periodical basis.
  • Call Doctors in specific areas based on Tour Plan approved by the Marketing Head.
Desired Candidate Profile -
  1. MBA / PGDMwith minimum 6 months experience as Product Manager
  2. Hands on experience of ORG/IMS, C-marc interpetation
  3. Experience in Pain Management & Cardio-Diabetes segments as PMT
