Job Description

    Industry : Mattress, furnishings, FMCG, textile, FMCD, Consumer electronicsQualification : BE (any)/MBA, (in case of mattress companies, qualification is not mandatory)Yrs of exp : 10+ yrsResponsibility:
    1. Managing end-to-end product category of Mattress
    2. identifying market requirements and driving the implementation of the overall product road map Responsible for directing full product development, including concept design, product vision, feature definitions, market strategy and production support
    3. Responsible for managing product marketing activities including product enhancements, competitive analysis, market forecast, and product positioning
    4. Responsible for determining demand forecast and developing pricing structures on the basis of technical and market feasibility of the product
    5. Conducting consumer need analysis and work space research to identify latent needs of users and latest trends
    6. Assessing lost business opportunities by conducting order loss analysis and customer visits
    7. Working with support teams post product launch to resolve issues with product, service or accounting areas
    8. Responsible for coordinating with all product development departments to create and maintain creative sales tools including presentations, trend reports, product data sheets for sales presentations and client meetings
    9. Will work on New product development (NPD) along with the production team.
