Job Description

  • KEY RESULT / RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Looking in to and understand the details of various process/ policies; Product related Credit Analysis for review, policy modification To develop innovative business models to provide financial services to customer/business in an efficient and cost effective manner Review of processes pertaining to loan and identification of interventions for cost reduction, loan loss reduction, increasing operational efficiency and better control mechanisms.
  • Working on potential for introducing new products, Product development & Product life cycle management.
  • Review of processes pertaining to loan and identification of interventions for cost reduction, loan loss reduction, increasing operational efficiency and better control mechanisms.
  • The resource will be responsible for timely launch of new products after due diligence and necessary feasibility study.
  • He will also be responsible for the impact assessment of various financial and non-financial product offerings offered by SLI.
  • System support & Development: End to end application development for specific technology driven projects undertaken to facilitate business in SLI division.
  • Development of Integrated System Support Solution for SLI Business (On-going); Automation of Account Opening / Loan processing in SLI.
  • Evolving efficient business control & monitoring through appropriate system Core system enhancement and establishment of STP or similar mechanism for seamless data flow.
  • Other Roles: Communication of policy stipulations to the business team and ensuring policy adherence Codification of Internal Circular / Guidelines Budget achievement tracking for the division Portfolio quality monitoring Logical presentation of observations to the management and suggesting measures for widening the scope of the products offered.
