The product manager will lead the app development and support process of our mobile application and web application. Acting as techno- functional lead to all development teams (android, IOS, Python/ Google App Engine, 3rd party integrations, etc). Create compelling device specific user interfaces and experiences. Build prototypes at tech scoping stage of projects Optimising performance for the apps Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the mobile technologies Explain technologies and solutions to technical and non- technical stakeholders. Post initial mobile application delivery, the candidate will be expected to evolve a strategy to make it viral. As maturity of the web app evolves the candidate will be expected to maintain stability of this product. Work Experience Requirement Minimum 4+ years work experience in the listed skillset. Graduation in Computer Science Engineering or Masters in Mathematics. Technical Skills Strong OO design and programming skills in Java (J2EE/ J2ME), Objective C Familiar with the Android & IOS SDK Knowledge of NoSQL & chat backend system. Understanding of other compiled languages Experience on web service integration (REST, JSON, XML) Experience building web and native mobile apps Experience using social media APIs Person specification: Proven commercial software development experience web and mobile Published examples of mobile applications on the App store & the IOS market Excellent knowledge in information architecture, human computer interaction and usability design principles A passion for new consumer technology and the emerging media landscape Ability to multi task and good time management skills Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team Excellent scoping and estimation skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with various departments locally and internationally.,
