Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionThe candidate will be based at the Corporate office of a Pharma Company in Mumbai and will be responsible for handling E Commerce activities and driving Digital Marketing campaigns for the OTC products.You will be responsible for handling the following activities:

  • Starting our own E-commerce and responsible for all E-Commerce operation.
  • Supporting in developing & tracking marketing campaigns (All ATL medias) to drive acquisition through awareness, strategic associations, and performance to achieve desired KPIs (Print/ Radio/ Outdoor).
  • Supporting HOD in communication and advertising strategies, briefing the advertising agencies (copy strategy, positioning, and communication strategy) with all information needed to produce effective commercials and advertisement
  • Supervising the commercials and advertisements production to ensure objective achievement (target groups, product image, etc.)
  • Supporting in development of loyalty programs by liaisoning with E-Commerce team, cross functional team on data requirement & customer segmentation, Product propositions, Partnership commercials, User journeys and Strategy
Desired Candidate Profilel Any Graduate, MBA in Marketing, having 7-10 years of experience in handling E Commerce operations and digital marketing of OTC/Nutrition/FMCG productsl Should have strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practicesl Should be proficient in marketing research and statistical analysisl Should have understanding of e-commerce ecosystem.l Should be highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivatel Should have good Analytical and Communication (oral, written, presentation)skillsPerks and Benefits,
