Job Description

    Job Responsibility - 1. Candidate will be based at Mumbai and will responsible for handling Exports in Marketing function and Business Development for LATAM and CIS markets.2. Part of Business Development team for planning and implementing budgets, preparing marketing plan and budget, pricing policy, in product development, and achieving Sales & Marketing objectives of the territory.3.To train field force and business partners on company products for quality representation, and work in the field to meet doctors, pharmacists, and KOLs for promoting products and doing market research.4.To prepare brand content such as promotional material, medical and marketing presentations, procure published material, and to respond to medical and marketing queries.5.To prepare and study ROI of the brands and provide periodic reports and recommendations.6.To develop and nurture KOL doctors in territories.7.To be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in one or more territories as mentioned: CIS & Latin America8.You will part of Business Development team to generate business and new markets.Required Candidate profile1. B. Pharma or B.Sc and MBA in Marketing, 3 - 4 years in Pharma International Market handling Business Development and Marketing covering LATAM and CIS markets as a Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager.2. He/she should be creative and innovative.3. He/She should have good knowledge International Market, implementing strategy Preferably CIS & Latin America countries .4. He/She should be good in launching new products in International Market.5. Candidate willing to travel in different Countries/ Regions as if required. Exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiatives to achieve both personal and corporate goals.6. Mininum 1 year sales experience is required.7.
