Job Description

Being agile will make us more responsive, more adaptable, and ultimately more innovative.We re looking for a Product Manager with regulatory transaction reporting expertise to: analyse regulatory and business needs, producing timely, clear and concise business requirements and specifications co-develop a clear product vision, strategy and roadmap regulatory transaction reporting, covering the full product development lifecycle for regulatory requirements drive new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with cross-functional team members in the pod act as product manager within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies, ensuring the product requirements are aligned with (senior) stakeholders, identify opportunities for re-use, and agreeing clear designs with architects and engineers. ensure the product is being tested together with users to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before regulatory deadlines (e.g., end user testing, user education and operational controls) support Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall regulatory and business goals ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from a technical perspective, but also in terms of knowledge and understanding in order to enable re-use.Your teamIn our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client/user needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You ll be working in the Market Regulations Stream team in Pune or Mumbai, as a Front-to-Back Product Manager within the Business Design Chapter focusing on a set of regulatory transaction reports and / or financial products you will be aligned to an Initiative that spans across Pods, Crews and Streams. We are a dynamic and innovative Chapter that works with Initiatives to deliver front to back implementation of regulatory deliveries across multiple continents. As such, we collaborate globally across Streams and with functions in various Business areas such as Investment Products & Services, Operations and Legal & Compliance. We work in a cross divisional manner with stakeholders in Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, Finance, Risk, etc.Diversity helps us grow, together. It strengthens our business and brings value to our clients., knowledge of transaction reporting regulations (e.g. CFTC, EMIR, MAS, HKMA, MiFID) knowledge of financial products and trade flows (e.g. FX, Equity Derivatives, Fixed Income, Rates and Credit, Cash Equities) lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking standards working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management delivery of complex products and regulations to clients, ideally within the financial industry setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills across different management levels and seniority
