Job Purpose Manage end-to-end product management encompassing product construct, process design, acquisition, retention, customer engagement documentation, disbursement, and collateral administration. This includes ownership and maintenance of consumer credit product programmes and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Also, able to build digital processes for achieving the Better Efficiency, Revenue, Volume and Profitability target for the product line. Key Accountabilities
• Design and develop innovative product proposition for affordable housing loan, build profitable portfolio.
• Design and implement thoughtful Customer Journey/Employee Journey, leveraging digitization, eco-system thinking and data, to create joyful banking and productivity gain.
• Macro market outlook and emerging trends, especially around interest rate environment, liquidity situation and property markets.
• Adopt a data-driven operating mindset to proactively manage business drivers.
• Collaboratively work with internal and external partners to achieve an agile and robust processes, with strong risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Do a market benchmarking, find the right opportunities and launch differentiated products.
• Do effective channel management and drive product communication through various channels.
• Tap the alternate revenue opportunities like insurance.
• Devise and run the annual operating plan for the mortgage business.
• Build business intelligence for the product line.
Job Duties & responsibilities
• To ensure smooth journey for a product launch

• Stabilise and align processes across business and support units
• Build an enhanced customer experience and journey
• Market research and product enhancement
• Training and ensure fluid acceptance of the process among end users
• Loan Lifecycle management
• Business Performance Management and reporting
Required Experience Overall, 6-8 years of Product Management & Development experience in MortgagesProven track record in project management and implementation.Sound Understanding of Mortgage Industry, dynamics, key players and competition. Education / Preferred Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in sales, marketing, finance or any other

• Understanding of regulatory guidelines on banking policies issued by RBI and guidelines on insurance issued by IRDA and on local laws and regulations that impact businesses in general. Understanding of KYC requirements & Anti-money Laundering Policies laid down by RBI and IRDA are critical.
• Knowledge of financial markets and products to assist in meaningful dialogue with clients.
