Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities1. Candidate will be responsible for handling Marketing function of Ortho segment based at Mumbai.2. He/she will be responsible for launching new products & strengthening the existing brands.3. He / She should have good experience and knowledge in Ortho.4. He / She will closely work with Field Manager and all other supporters frequently.5. He/she will prepare & implement promotional strategies & should be Creative.6. Design Promotional / communication strategies for the various brands of the organization.7. Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products.8. Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders. Monthly / Quarterly brand review & monitoring.9. Field Work To review & evaluate strategy implementation.10. Co-ordination with all support function for effective implementation of marketing strategy.11. You should have good experience in managing & marketing team in PMT to achieve business objective.Desired Candidate Profile1. B. Pharma or B.sc and MBA in Marketing, 6- 10 yrs. in Pharma Sales and Marketing out of 2- 3 yrs. as Assistant Product Manager /Product Manager/ Product Manager handling Ortho Segment.2. He/she should be creative, innovative & effective in man management. He/She should have good knowledge of Ortho segment.3. He/She should be good in launching new products and strengthening existing brands.4. You should be good in selection, training and development of PMT Members,
