Job Description

    This position is responsible for managing services (testing, inspection and certification) or advisory projects mainly in the field of hydrogen in ASMEA (ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East and Africa) region. In this respect, the position is responsible for managing ongoing and newly awarded projects with suitable qualifications and experiences within the local and global team. Furthermore, this position requires experience in the industry-specific field of energy, especially for hydrogen, and a deep understanding of the market and policies. Based on this knowledge, relevant services will be identified, and new projects be developed.Responsibility and Authority(50) Percent: Manage hydrogen related energy projects: handle inquiries, prepare quotations, assign resources, scheduling, trace and check technical reporting, invoicing, etc.(30) Percent: Sales and marketing activities for hydrogen business in ASMEA (ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East and Africa) region(10) Percent: Refining local hydrogen strategy(10) Percent: Perform other duties assigned by IS Department HeadEducation and Experience / The Skills RequiredEducation: minimum Master s degree in mechanical, chemical engineering or equivalentExperience: at least 12 years experience in the management of international projects, ideally in the field of the energy, including hydrogen industry. Good understanding and network in ASMEA (ASEAN, South Asia, Middle East, and Africa) region hydrogen industry are advantageous.Languages: English (professional)Skills: Good understanding and fulfillment to working related KPI, standards, policies, procedures and instructions, diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong teamwork spirit;Qualification: Initial working experience in TIC (testing, inspection, and certification) or consulting are preferred;Other Competencies (e.g., management skills, planning, project management):Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong teamwork spirit.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Good self-management and intercultural team management skill.Can work independently and efficiently, can work under pressure.Good computer skill, esp. software tools as mentioned above.Condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trips as required.,
