Job Description

Leading bank is looking for Product Manager - Digital Transformation and innovation for Mumbai Grade: Mgr / Sr Mgr Max CTC: upto 15 lacs Interested candidates pl do share your updated resume with Deepa on quotientjob1@gmail.com As part of the Go Digital vision of Bank, the Digital Transformation team seeks to enhance the Banking experience of the customers of Bank by digitally enabling all their interactions with the bank. This is done by introducing and/or enhancing products and services across multiple customer touch-points. In its first two years of existence itself, the Digital Transformation team has initiated 100+ projects which are in various stages of development and launch readiness. Going forward, the team will be introducing more innovations to drive digital banking. These new products / services also need to be managed specially through its initial life cycle stages - Introduction, Growth and initial maturity with focus on driving usage & adoption and also make product refinements based on on-ground insights. This position will be responsible for launching, driving usage and adoption of all products, services and service & feature enhancements developed within Digital Transformation and Mobile Banking both internally (among all bank employees) and externally to existing and potential customers of the bank. This position will also be responsible for conducting pre and post launch research and give valuable inputs for product / service refinement throughout the product / service life-cycle. Additionally, this position will be responsible for developing an annual budget; Planning, executing and monitoring the launch and post launch promotion plans for each of these products, services & service enhancements with a focus on generating ROI for the bank PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES List the expected end results that must be achieved in order to fulfil your job purpose and the activities that help in achieving these results. EXPECTED END RESULTS MAJOR ACTIVITIES Develop and execute launch and post launch product promotion plans for products & services developed by the digital transformation team. Monitor campaign performance w.r.t business ROI, driving usage and adoption - Identify target audience and develop launch and post launch strategy to reach them with relevant messaging and innovative channels - Monitor creative development and campaign execution across all channels of communication - Execute annual product promotion plan and product launches for existing and new products / services - Monitor, Analyse and report campaign performance and taking corrective actions to maximize ROI Manage products across their life-cycle and gather product refinement insights through customer research and analysis of post launch customer feedback - Constantly monitor customer inputs and feedback for various products / services launched - Analyse customer feedback and competitions products to give inputs on product refinement Development of Annual Budget and Marketing Plan - Understanding the stage of each product / service in its life cycle and estimating the resources required to drive its usage and adoption - Deep dive into customer analytics to identify the right target customers and create the best marketing mix to generate maximum ROI for the campaign Internal Stakeholder Management - Managing overall relationship with internal stakeholders such as Product Managers of the Digital Transformation Team and Marketing Team across its subverticals like Analytics, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing etc. - Liaise with various channels like phone banking, branch banking, Corporate Salary etc. and identify opportunities to leverage channel strengths for product promotion opportunities Job DIMENSIONS List the data, which will reflect the scope and scale of activities concerning your job. (These should be quantifiable numerical amounts) 1. Develop and execute launch and post launch promotion plans for products & services and measuring the same on business ROI, driving usage and adoption. 2. Monitor and present campaign performance and learnings through monthly reports. 3. Gather and analyse customer feedback and present customer insights and inputs quarterly for product refinement and new development. 4. Develop an annual plan for promoting products / services developed by the Digital Transformation & Mobile Banking Teams to drive usage and adoption 5. Set and achieve annual targets towards increasing adoption and usage of all products / services of digital transformation and mobile banking teams. 6. Lead and monitor ROI driven marketing campaigns (focus on media effectiveness and lead generation) 5. Job Responsibilities Manage product promotion campaign Create overall product launch & promotion strategy for new and existing products Create and manage annual product / service promotion budget Set campaign targets and monitor campaign results Understand product / service and identify key product / service proposition and customer benefit Identify the right marketing mix to maximize campaign effectiveness Analyze customer data to identify the right target audience Monitor creative development Manage relationships with all internal stakeholders Research customer feedback and customer analytics to provide product / service refinement EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA with specialisation in Sales & Marketing or Advertising RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Experience in creative development, ROI driven 360 degree product promotion campaigns (across online and offline channels). Experience in product / service developement Experience in Digital Marketing with key focus on digital and social media campaigns or Mainstream advertising agency. Understanding of financial products and services.
