Job Description

  • Product/ Process and Development Product Development with a Seamless interface.
  • Implementation of products (P2P) across products and channel as a transaction mode .
  • Ensuring system enhancements are raised for Products for various modes of payments Product / Process development for both platform ( HDFC Bank Customer and Non HDFC Bank customer ) Vendor Management.
  • Business Development and Driving the Product to the customers Product Development with a Seamless interface.
  • Implementation of products (P2P) across products and channel as a transaction mode .
  • Driving Nos across Branch Banking and other Channels in terms of Registration of Customers , increase no of transactions and Volume 100% Activation of all customers in transaction who have already registered for the same .
  • Ensuring growth in Products through feature enhancement & competition benchmarking remittance volumes.
  • Drive the use of Products through various channels eg: corporate banking (for non-individuals), etc Ensuring Business development on both HDFC Bank and Non HDFC Bank customers across parameters.
  • Driving Chillr Team Product and Process Enhancement Driving Business on UPI ( Activation , No of Transaction & Value and No of Registration ) Growth of both Gross Profit and Net Profit on the Product through Chillr Marketing Campaign and Promotional Awareness Segment wise Marketing Campaign ( Digital and Non Digital migrated customers ) Marketing Campaign for different customer Type ( HNW , Non HNW , Senior Citizen , Salary , Saving and Current Account ) Campaigning across Channels ( Net Banking, ATM and Mobile Banking ) Campaigning across customer touch point in terms of deliverables ( Eg : Smart Statement ) Monitoring the Campaign impact across all category Monitoring health of the portfolio Ensure compliance to regulatory guidelines Regular transaction volumes monitoring to ensure meeting NCSI criterion like Net Debit Cap and taking appropriate action to ensure that the limits are never busted Other Responsibility Complaint Management for all Products Ensuring proper charging to the customer Growth of both Gross Profit and Net Profit on the Product Digital Migration of customers MIS to the Senior Management on the Product .
