Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Content writing for blogs about Products and Services of Route Mobile Limited.
  • Copywriting for Social Media posts. It should be crisp and should match the understanding and interests of audience segments, platforms the posts have been directed to.
  • Crisper copies for various marketing initiatives like events that we are planning, may it be Online, actual events, various platforms that we market it. Not just social, digital blogs and microblogging but banners, creatives, and copies for any BTL, ATL extensions we have for the same.
  • Copies for Videos, making them upbeat and engaging, and have a virality thought running behind every writing we do.
  • Copies for Route Mobile websites, and microsites, and other such platforms of different stores- where our content, services are discovered.
  • Understanding of what sort of copies, content work in SEO of our products and services. And become an accountable person for updating the same in sync with the Product team.
  • For various paid marketing initiatives that we do, advertising copies as per the platform specifications.
  • Understanding how the world is moving in CPaaS products, and in-depth knowledge of the different platforms.
  • How each Service provider like WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, etc, and their parent companies are focusing on them and following their official communication roadmap, journey, and eventual future of such services.
  • Be a knowledge sharing resource for the Product team in terms of above and the competitors initiative, follow their blogs, articles, and documents in public.
  • Represent RML as an author on Microblogging and different online forums. Eg. Writing Q&A on quora, understanding the questions that are there and feeding them with answers, for the developer community.
  • Manage Social media fodder for top executives, helping social media accounts with different, emotional, viral stories- generating content that is easily sharable and brings more engagement.
