Flock is used by tens of thousands of companies around the world to collaborate within their organizations. Titan is email built for new businesses, and is sold through web-hosting companies and domain registrars.Role OverviewWe are looking to hire an enthusiastic Product Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for driving adoption and usage of Titan - our business email suite - across the entire customer journey.What is the Job like

  • Develop a deep knowledge and understanding of our products, consumers and partners.
  • Provide marketing support for our product integrations within our partners infrastructure, including writing microcopy, crafting onboarding flows, and managing email nurturing campaigns.
  • Increase acquisition and activation of new users by working with our partners to create and optimize compelling top-of-funnel content.
  • Identify marketing opportunities to nurture and eventually upgrade and monetize free users of our product.
  • Promote and prompt usage of our new features through launch announcements, blogs, in-product discovery nudges, email newsletters, and more.
  • Collaborate with our partners marketing teams to create Titan-based collateral for their web properties.
Who should apply for this role
  • B.Tech/BE with 4+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Experience with product, lifecycle, email, or onboarding marketing in high-volume/high-velocity B2C marketing department.
  • Expertise with relevant marketing automation tools.
  • Experience in the end-to-end design, development, and management of lifecycle marketing programs and strategies
  • A proven track record of building customer insights that can lead to a solid understanding of customer journeys
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to formulate a clear point of view with concise communication.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of diving into unknown territory and learning new concepts.
