Job Description

  • Management of the BackBase Portal Project - NetBanking Independently testing each txn for the allocated module once the same is deployed o Credit Cards o Bill Payments Raising JIRAs for Bugs / errors and ensuring their closure and tracking Highlighting issues in testing Ensuring proper and minimal Notes / disclaimers / T&C; for each txn Ensuring proper linkage of all txns with Landing Pages Ensure that all queries raised by BTG/ IT/ TCS are resolved within TAT Seamless experience for the portal & MB App Keep a check on Information Architecture between PWS and NB Authentication matrix Error messages & T&C; OTP and Alerts, and Reports BackBase BAU Projects for NetBanking and App Undertake all New projects for BackBase for Below modules o Save CASA Accounts, PPF, SSY & Lockers o DashBoard o Borrow - LAS BAU projects in flex@ NetBanking Undertake all New projects for flex@ for Below modules o Login o CASA Accounts, PPF, SSY o Credit Cards o Demat o Insurance o Deposits Other Product related work Garnering & improving knowledge on NB/MB projects.
  • Being an active part of all NB/MB meetings/projects/discussions to understand, imbibe & improvise the product knowledge as an expert from Digital Product team.
  • Competition Benchmarking across Features, Txns, Security.
