We treat the product managers as CEOs for their products, and product managers are evaluated upon the product s success.As a Product Owner, you will play a critical role in owning the entire product Life Cycle, right from planning to execution. The selected candidate is responsible for creating a world class product, improving customer adoption and satisfaction and has the complete ownership of the product road map and development plans.The Role & Responsibilities of the position would include:

• Develops, owns, and executes product roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
• Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.
• Collaborate with global commercial services partners and customers to co-develop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
• Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones and deliverables, and identifies opportunities and risks.
• Work with user-focused departments to define the self-service user experience, support, and monitoring for customers
• Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
• Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products
• Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology

, RequirementsExperience: 1-4 yrs with relevant experience: 1-2 yrs (relevant Product Management Experience) post full time MBA.Skills that we are looking for:

• Ability to handle ambiguity and change
• Very strong logical thinking capabilities and analytical skills
• Visualize and conceptualize new ideas and solutions
• UI designing & prototyping (use of wire framing tools)
• Research and analysis (both primary and secondary research)
• Customer management and excellent communication & presentation skills
• Art of negotiation and prioritization
• Ability to manage teams and build close relationships with different team members.

• Background in Product Management / Product Design.
• Visualize and Conceptualize ideas / features.
• Ability to present new ideas in any format of choice (PPT / Wireframe / etc.)
• Ability to adopt process approach to solve a problem
• Strong appreciation of technology.
• Excellent communication and high on aptitude.
