- Liquid Filling and Packing Machinery.- Special Purpose Machinery For Liquid Filling and Packaging Machinery.- Handling All Employees for the production of machinery for assembly on the factory shop floor.- Coordination with Purchase, Design, Quality and stores team for the on-time finish of machine assembly with thorough trial and testing.- Intensive knowledge of Engineering Drawings.- Intensive knowledge of Machining processes such as drilling, lathe machine, CNC machine, Milling Machine, Squaring Operations, Key Way Operations, etc.- Handling team of quality engineers, assembly engineers, trainee engineers, etc.- Taking managerial decisions for smooth and effective production and assembly of machinery.- Conducting meetings with Purchase, Stores, Design, Quality and Management for production planning.- Giving daily basis work to assembly fitters, bench fitters, etc.- Employing of assembly fitters, bench fitters, trainee engineers, quality engineers, service engineers, etc.- Responsible for approval of machine documentation along with photos and videos captured and stored on google drive as per client wise and serial wise for internal records.- Responsible for preparing and submitting final machine inspection reports.- High priority will be given to candidates from liquid filling and packaging machinery industry.- Other Details to be discussed during interview.
