Ensuring Production of the whole Frozen/ Ambient/ Chilled Prepared Food Product line including all aspects of the process from raw material intake to despatch.Adherence to customer specificationsLiaising with Managers to determine daily/ weekly production requirementsEnsure that sufficient manpower is available to complete the planned production.Monitor raw material intake and processing quality and report back any adverse findingsAchievement of the daily and weekly production plan.Achievement of Standard labour hygiene and efficiencies.Ensuring a safe working environment across the line.Achieving line efficiencies, material usage variances and absenteeism, waste, cost.Apply Continuous Improvement.Shift documentation to be filled out accurately each day.Planning, organisation, operation and installation of all new processes and equipment within the factory.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC, HACCP Skills & Experience Good basic education, must be numerate and literate.The ability to liaise effectively with team members, team leaders and managers.Must be flexible with an eye for details and have excellent organisational skills.Food Hygiene Training.Understanding of processes and product quality standards.,
