Should have Production/ Merchandising/ Sourcing of experience in International (export Industry) / Indian (Retails) market in the following areas:1. Handling buyers independently around the world.2. Production planning.3. Sourcing & Vendor Management.4. Managing team of merchandisers & quality control aiming to ensure quality goods to be delivered on time.5. Focus on the objective of improving profitability and business growth.6. Handling Domestic Brands such as Spykar, Killer, Integrity, Allen Solly, Raymonds, Crimsoune Club, Cantabil etc with a team of sourcing officers.7. Evaluating factories for good quality merchandise & to ensure timely delivery of goods without compromising on quality. Costings & Negotiations.8. Sampling till Production Planned systematically on WIP n TNA to chase factories achieve the targets.9. Evaluate factories for good quality merchandise & to ensure timely delivery of goods without compromising on quality.10. Product development, Sampling & Costings. Resolving day to day production issues.11 A timely visit to all vendors to discuss ongoing orders & developing new styles for forth coming season. Discussing performance of the styles with companys distribution partners during sales meet & actionizing changes if required.12 To handle Ladies, mens & kid Hi fashion T-shirts & shirts with different prints/ embroideries ,spray effects, Over dying etc on all types of cotton & blended fabrics for europen markets.
