Good knowledge about operation of Autoclave, Vial Sterilization tunnel, Vial Filling and Stoppering Machine.Vial Washing Machine,Sartorius 4 plus integrity machine2. Good knowledge about Validation of Autoclave, Vial Washing Machine, Vial Sterilization Tunnel, Tank Calibration.3. Carry out the Planned Preventive Maintenances of Instruments as per the schedule.4. Online documentation and timely entries of all operation/activities in BPR, Log Books etc. Handling of all GMP documents.5. Integrity testing of utility line filters, product filters, manufacturing and sterile holding tank filters.6. Ensure proper planning and execution of the batches in accordance with the plan.7. Supervision of area and co-ordination with other department.8. Preparation and filtration ofdisinfectant solution for classified area.9.
