The person will have to work in Shifts on rotation basis (5 days per week). Production support team works from Monday to Saturday including holidays Own the Vendor Data Loading Prom cycle including the vendor interaction and follow- ups in case of vendor delays or incorrect vendor data delivery for various vendors providing data to EQA and EQB businesses. Provide 24x6 support to DM production and EQB production teams during their work hours across the geographies. Release management - deploying code changes to integration test environment and production Troubleshoot production issues to confirm the validity of the problem and resolve the same by applying known solutions (if the problem had occurred earlier) using information from knowledge repository or data corrections or escalate the issue to Production Jira team for further analysis Resolve recurring data correction/ extraction requests for various DM Analysis requirements Setup and execute integration test environment Carry out vendor data loading and corrections as and when required Specific Knowledge/ Skills UNIX scripting, Oracle, SQL. Strong Analytical skills, Working knowledge of Java is preferred but not essential Desired Experience Approx. 2 to 3 years of relevant experience Desired Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science or any other stream with first class OR Master of Computer Applications (MCA) ,
