Dear Applicant,We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, and customer-focused caterer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with other members of the catering team to provide the highest quality of catering services for our clients at special events such as weddings, functions, meetings, and large gatherings. You will plan menus, accommodate special requests from clients, prepare and service food and beverages, and aid setup and breakdown of event spaces. Interested candidates should contact us for the job position.Duties and ResponsibilitiesFollow catering protocol as well as company health and safety policies and proceduresPlan event menus; incorporate client requests and dietary needsPrepare event spaces prior to functions; arrange tables and chairs, properly set tables with linens and place settingsDemonstrate exemplary customer service in all interactions with clients and event guestsAttend to guests needs for the duration of the eventPrepare and serve food and drinks; bus tables as neededLoad and unload catering vehicles with food, supplies, and equipment for events in all weather conditionsBreakdown and clean equipment following the event; ensure that venue is left clean and tidyCarry out side work as needed; polish silverware, refill condiments containersProcess orders for catering events
