Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Through telecalls, effectively communicate executive education programs from globally renowned B - Schools such as IIM, MICA, SPJIMR, XLRI, ISB to senior and top management executives
  • Providing in-depth and customized information to interested executives who enquire about leadership development programs through phone and e-mail.
  • Ensuring that details about the discussions are updated in real-time on the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Pro-actively informing the Regional Director on market intelligence and generating specific reports.
  • Follow-ups on payments due.
REQUIREMENT
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and presentation skills (8/10)
  • Proven inside sales/ consultative selling experience with a consistent track record of meeting and exceeding acquisition targets
  • Strong phone presence
EDUCATION
  • Graduate with a minimum of 4 Year(s) of work experience in the sales field is required for this position
  • Candidate must be from Edtech background only
  • Must be comfortable with making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales
