Job Description

The APJC System Engineering team is a truly vibrant sales organization within CISCO that covers accounts across verticals/industries spread across the region. We collaborate with other sales teams within CISCO to develop appropriate customer solution offerings on opportunities. System Engineers are responsible to provide technical solutions to customer problems and all also equipped to handle pre, post sales service for customers.Who will you work with This job has high transparency as you will get to interact with System Engineering leadership from across the region. All programs that would be handled will directly/indirectly influence working of System engineers spread across APJC. Work extremely closely with Service Provider team to drive business and improve adoption of regional initiatives.What Youll Do

  • Collaborate with peers across the APJC SE team to develop & execute a consistent approach to enabling and building capability for System Engineering
  • Be the single point of contact of SP SE Leadership
  • Engage with SP SE leadership, to understand the impact of running present/future programs and how we may evolve them to meet the needs of our customers
  • Drive awareness & adoption of programs with theatres and countries and orchestrate where vital activation to ensure business impact which leads to bookings
  • Analyse and track program performance and provide improvement recommendations to adjust course on programs/initiatives as required
  • Manage and ensure program governance and theatre/country inter-lock
  • Be the escalation point for theatre/countries for work with Region and WW teams on timely resolution of such matters
  • Drive the execution model through communities of interest, standard methodology sharing, and knowledge transfer.
Who You Are
  • Should demonstrate outstanding attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent is bonus
  • 3- 5 years of experience handling programs
  • Cisco product experience would be helpful
  • Demonstrated self-starter and innovator
  • Proven relationship building skills
  • Team player
  • Proven track record to focus and achieve goals
  • Perform daily with the highest degree of integrity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
