Job Description

    Handle a team of program coordinators and taking responsibility of their performance. 2. Giving handholding to students by conducting exam, tracking of assignment submitted by them, Tracking attendance etc. 3. Coordinate targets with the sales team in accordance with the university and based on these targets, keep the required Inventory in place. 4. Coordinate with University to ensure smooth delivery of program 5. Coordinate with marketing team to ensure all the collaterals are upto marks & ensure timely posting on website and marketing collaterals 6. Create reports analysis on effectiveness and improvement of student learning experience 7. Student Escalation Management. 8. Keeping tracks of fees collection, refund and cancellation process and dispatch of results and certificates.
