Job Description

What is the job like

    • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
    • Maintain and enhance working relationships with existing banks / vendors and partners.
    • Identify and onboard potential banks and partners to establish and foster a long-term relationship. Strive to make the onboarding process of these new partners efficient and seamless.
    • Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities.Monitor and assess activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our clients.
    • Collating data points and suggestions from different banks that would impact Zeta as a Business.
    • PROJECT MANAGEMENT - New and Existing Partners
    • Business Planning & Analysis
    • Internal & external liaising
    • Providing Goto market support
    • Formulating detailed project plans for each bank that is to be onboarded with Zeta.
    • Coordinating with the different teams and making sure all the respective teams are working towards the similar objective as planned.
    • Assign targets to the different teams and closely track progress on the same.
    • Handholding post go live
    • SERVE TO SELL
    • Customer satisfaction on servicing side
    • Product penetration of the existing products on client side
    • Cross selling to existing client
    • Spotting trends & opportunities
    • Regulatory/ scheme guideline adherence & Audit support
  • REPORTING
  • Overlooking Daily and monthly books closing prepared by the operations teams.
  • Managing Statutory and audit reports that need to be shared with different banks and other partners.
Who should apply for this role
  • 7- 10 years experience into banking project management.
  • In depth understanding and expertise in financial / banking products and markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple banks and partners at the same time.
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Keen analytical and research abilities.
  • Knowledge of relationship management best practices.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services.
  • Ability to manage teams and coordinate activities among the different teams.
  • Prior experience with managing new partner onboarding, audits and compliance queries.
