Job Description

This role would involve engaging with health-care systems and workplaces at one end while also programmatic interventions at the grassroots level for the consumer awareness and execution level. Elements of the role are also envisaged to also involve working with CSR arms of corporations as well as various levels of government for policy advocacy, awareness and action.

The key focus areas will be to implement and operationalize various initiatives

  • Project Management: Take overall management responsibility for conceptualizing, planning and execution of all projects related to development and execution of programs
  • Provide managerial and in-field support to the program/project team for effective implementation of the activities
  • Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation of program/projects to ensure delivery of impact numbers within the defined time frame
  • Team Management: Building and managing a dynamic and diverse team of volunteers, paid interns and full time team
  • Partnership Management: Develop and manage partnerships with NGO s, corporations, and health-care systems including undertaking workshops and communication initiatives
  • Awareness Management: Curate and build content that is relevant for the website/ social media across audio, video and written content formats Additional areas of support for the core team around
  • Fund raising initiatives for projects and the venture
  • Advocacy/ Policy design Initiative - Engage with policy makers

The preferred candidate

  • Education: Masters in Social Work or equivalent
  • Experience: 5 to 6 years of social development sector experience
  • Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi and Marathi
