Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe Program Manager is highly motivated leader, takes strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to manage the project with agility and efficiency, and to continuously motivates others. Responsibilities

  • Manage large projects
  • Manage multiple projects
  • Coach and Mentor Project Managers
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives
  • Manage project resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track project costs in order to deliver the project with in budget
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Managing Project Finances, Resources, Schedule, Communication & Quality
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, business, or any related field
  • 5-8 years of Project Management and related experience
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Delivering multiple projects through the full life cycle
  • Risk management and escalation management
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Exposure to client interaction and client expectation management
  • Ability to manage the project independently
  • Good oral and written communication skills
Nice to have skills:
  • Familiarity with MSProject, Jira,
  • Familiarity with PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) & Change Management tools
  • Familiarity with DevOps
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodologies and Certifications
  • Technology awareness Cloud Computing, SAP, etc.
