Additionally also offer project support role to the business for new tool/operations implementation. The solutions to be developed/maintained would be more using Intelligent Automation tool and user interface tools like SharePoint. Job Responsibilities:
    • Understand process related manual touchpoints, design future state, develop, test and deploy
    • Rapid prototyping and disciplined software development leveraging firmwide solutions
    • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, plan and communicate deployment strategies and future state
    • Identify potential to scale opportunities and implement effective automation solution
    • Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues
    • Ensure automation implementation is compliant as per company policy
    • Manage end-to-end projects in adherence to the Hub s governance and execution model (tollgate adherence)
    • Collaborate with business, technology teams, controls partners to ensure calibrated delivery
    • Demonstrate innovation with the ability to translate the concept into a visual
    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills :
    • 2+ years experience in developing of intelligent automation solutions: Python, UI Path, Low Code, Alteryx (advanced), Pega and Unqork.
    • Advanced hands-on experience - Tableau, QlikView & SharePoint
    • Advanced level experience working experience with (must have) Java script or VB Script
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office with proficiency in Excel, Access & PowerPoint
    • Project Life Cycle experience and exposure to autonomously execute projects
    • Exposed to a matrix reporting organization
    • Highly analytical with the ability to prepare senior management reports
    • Working with Visio Professional translate process steps into process map / Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs and Customer
    • Strong negotiation skills & confident with strong decision-making ability
    • Ability to learn quickly learn new tools and concepts and teach them to internal stakeholder.
