    • Timeliness of inputs & process.
    • Achieve Budgeted Sales
    • Monitor ECTC and Ensure Project Cost within TP.
    • Maintain Optimum Working Capital and Cash Flows.
    • Provide budget inputs and projections during the year.
    Financials:
    • Ensure Deliveries within contractual delivery timelines.
    • Create Detailed Project Plan, Monitor Progress, Conduct Periodic
    • Reviews, Highlight and address issues/constraints.
    • Regularly Monitor Project Risk and Mitigate them.
    • Monitor and Ensure Availability of Full Kits
    • Co-ordinate and Provide Support with/to Other Functions.
    Design & Technology:
    • Come out with fundamental design concept to address unique high tech requirements of customer.
    • Come out with alternate processes, methods, form for realisation of components/sub-assemblies.
    • Absorb Transfer of Technology from OEM and transfer the same to indigenous suppliers. Example: Meeting 50% indigenisation requirement.
    • Develop Testing equipments indigenously as an import substitution to perform same function at a fraction of a cost of imported STE.
    Organisational Excellence & Digitalisation:
    • Digitalisation for Cycle Time Reduction and Cost Saving.
    • Be a member of strategic Team to enable meet critical stretched targets.
    • Train Team members to be knowledgeable and prepare them to shoulder more responsibility.
