Project Leader (m/ f) Can you manage IT MORE Project Leader (m/ f) As Project Leader you will be employed at our headquarter in Zaventem. You represent the Brain team in design, devel- opment and implementation phases of all related communication flows and business transactions. You represent our services and the Montova Solutions with your expertise and capabilities. You ensure that choices and decisions are made in accordance with the architecture, methods and standards of the customer. You dare to think further and work inde- pendently. You have a hands- on approach. You will work closely with our technical development team, located in India, Mumbai. You provide support and training for end users. PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE You have large and successful project managers experience in complex IT projects & environments. You have a sense of responsibility and are customer focused. You have the ability to steer, motivate and coach colleagues to achieve project targets. You work systematically and accurately and you are proactive and comfortable with ambiguity. You are a real team player with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills. You are fluent, to- the- point and are proactive with a hands- on mentality You are result oriented and quality for both business processes and integration You have excellent problem- solving skills You know how to build relationships with external parties and maintain them You manage your own agenda and ensure the good progress of projects. You can work independently on projects in consultation and co- operation with the Team Lead Developers, in line with the needs of the customer. You speak English fluently and good French.
