You will drive stakeholder engagement whilst ensuring we achieve our goals, leading from the front to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients.Youll be responsible for:Leading an Agile team to gain a solid understanding of business requirementsOverseeing the design, development, testing and deployment of software solutions to meet customer requirementsEnsuring project governance is robustManaging multiple stakeholders to achieve project objectivesInspiring, developing and building a high performing team.10-15 years in a Technical Project Management role within a software development environmentDemonstrated success in delivering large multi-year software projectsand experience building, deploying and supporting cloud applicationsStrong communication and influencing skillsPrevious experience working in a cross functional, distributed teamQualifications and experience in Agile project methodsPersonal SkillsFocuses on delivering better outcomes over task completionSelf-awareness and proactive on continuous improvement and continual learningPositive attitude and a clear sense of initiativeComfortable dealing with uncertaintyBrakes problems down, analyses constituent parts and proposes creative solutionsOpen-minded collaborator with a growth mindsetClear communicator who can manage stakeholder expectationsBuilds trust, safety and inclusion in teamsIdentifies and mitigates risksLeading teams and stakeholder management is a big part of the role
