With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).This is an opening for a Technical Project Management. The Technical Project Manager is an individual endowed with passion for technology and project management.     • Engage customer in technical discussion -
    • Learn Network KPIs of swap project -
    • Work with other teams to verify network readiness -
    • Ensure that all the activities are successfully completed -
    • Liaise for schedule and project plan -
    • Open support ticket -
    • Liaise with Solution Architect to nail down technical flaws or improvement whenever needed -
    • Report the course of the project to the customer together -
    • Analyze the scope of work and size up the right resources -
    • Advice and mentor the integration engineer whenever needed -
    • Responsible of the overall technical plan and strategy -
    • Assist the Integration Engineer whenever an issue during the deployment arises -
    • He/she could potentially carry-on configuration work during activities peak -
    • Assess risks - Front any minor changes in the design during roll out phase -
    • Handover the project to maintenance team -
    • Occasionally might be required to carry out activities demanding hands on and product knowledge -
    • Attend internal and external meetings during the roll out -
    • Write meticulously schedule tasks during the deployment phase

    • Minimum 10 years of experience in NPO background and Project Management -
    • Be Technically savvy -
    • Previous hands on experience on NPO for E// and Nokia KPI. -
    • Give Lead and direction to NPO engineers -
    • Be fluent in communication and equipped with good soft skills -
    • Able to interpret high level designs -
    • Able to give direction to the team whenever crisis occur -
    • Be a team player -
    • Customer coordination and driving things in complete Program till closer
