With a keen technical acumen tounderstand Product Technical architecture and be able to articulate to stakeholders.Knowledge of PM techniques and toolsExperience in Project Deliveryleading Multiple critical customer engagements for last 5+yearsExperience in strategic planning, risk management or change managementProficiency inprojectmanagement software tools like MS-ProjectSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in softwaredevelopment and web technologies.Multiple Projectsmanagement experience aroundProjectsinvolving Java will be preferredExperience in Product company will be an advantageProven interpersonal skillsPreferred Professional and Technical Expertise15+ years of in-depth and hands-onproject/ program management experience involvingcomplex solution development in a multi-vendor environment.Critical thinking and problem solvingExperience of working with CXOs and executive management in customer organizationsDecision-making and leadership capabilitiesContract negotiationConflict resolution experienceUnderstanding of Financials of theProjects(P&L)Functional KnowledgePrior work experience Banking-Finance Industry is mustExperience in Treasury will be a big advantage and will be preferredShould have worked in Banking/Capital market domain and preferably on a product inrisk/treasury/capital markets spaceRegards,Team HR
