Accountability: To understand the scope of delivery for the project1. Client: On receipt of confirmation of order from Sales team PMT/ PM meets the client along with the sales team to understand the clear scope of work and the deliverables. Full requirements gathering from the client happens in this meeting.2. MSG: Receives the costing from MSG and maps it with the deliverables gathered from the client to prepare the project plan including project calendar.Project Planning:Accountability: To effectively manage the scope, time and the cost of delivery3. Detailed project plan is prepared with timelines for each deliverables with milestones and shared with the client for approval.4. On mutual acceptance between MT and the Client the project plan is shared with all the stake holders including the support function departments5. EMS id is created and the project is uploaded for approval from the management,6. Application Processing: SSD team (Jyoti Ranjan):Accountability: Online application form to go live in time as per the project calendar and for offline the Processing of Application to be done in time to download the data for OTBS/ OEBSa. Application form is designed along with the client with iterations suggested and incorporated to arrive at the final application form to go live for registrationb. Any change requests during the form live is undertaken and to ensure that the registration is completedc. Payment gateway is enabled and the same is reconciled7. OTBS/ OEBS:Accountability: Effective time management to save the cost and achieve maximum capacity utilisation by offering optimum utilisation of seats booked by the candidatesa. Batch planning is done based on the exams dates and the no. of batches and same is shared with OTBS teamb. Ensure the OTBS goes live on the specified date to enable the candidates to book the exam/ s slotc. Admit cards are designed in consent with the client as per the format givend. Admit cards are enabled for the candidates to download the samee. Any change requests wrt. Increase or decrease in no. of seats/ days are accommodated in this phase8. Channel:Accountability: Ensure to maximise the utilisation no. of seats bookeda. Channel team draws the list of locations, seats required and number of exam days location wise date wise from EMS to start booking the seatsb. Cost for the booking is shared as per the approved EMS budget and same is tracked while channel shares the booked venuesc. Venues booked are sent to the client for approval/ rejection and re booking done for rejected venues after discussions and debates between channel and the clientsd. Master list of the venues are obtained from channel and same is shared with OTBS team for Admit card other departments for respective work to commencee. VC documents uploaded by the venues are approved by the PM to confirm the bookingf. Final cost sheet is prepared and shared with the channel to enable them to prepare invoice post exams delivery for payment9. CMT/ QPD:Accountability: Interface between the client and the CMT/ QPD for an error free QP development by offering/ getting clarity from both sides.a. CMT is coordinated with the client to draw the content/ prepare the contentb. Contents are received in prescribed templates to enable QPD to prepare the QPc. Business Rule document is prepared in consent with the client and shared with QPD and CBD for incorporationd. Ensure the UAT is done by the CBD for build release and incorporation of all the features in to the build as per the request from the cliente. Ensure the QP are pushed as per the batch planned on the previous day of the exams for both Dry run and the live exams.10. Logistics:Accountability: Effectively follow up with Logistics team for the despatch of materials with least cost possible and correct quantity of materials as requireda. Material despatches are followed up as per the requirement from the client for signage, Banners, system nos. etc.,b. OMR attendance sheets are prepared and sent to the respective locations before the exams datec. Venue KIT containing the necessary items are also sent along with the attendance sheetd.,
